We want you to be happy with your purchase, as such we offer a 15 day return policy with the following exclusions and terms
-Items must be in LIKE NEW condition
-Items must be in their original packaging
-Items must contain all of the accessories manuals etc.
-Items must be in working order and will be tested
-Items cannot be trimmed or painted or modified in any way
Items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 25% restocking fee
Items that are made to order/custom made are not refundable for any reason
Paint is non refundable, because we mix all paint at time of order and it cannot be returned to its original containers
Items that were installed incorrectly or were deemed broken based on user error and or installation are not refundable and will be returned to you the customer.
Hot Rods and Handlebars reserved the right to refuse any return and or exchange for any reason at any time regardless of any of the terms and conditions listed above.
When shipping items back please take care to ship them in a box big enough to safely pack the item to prevent damage on the return trip.
Many returns are caused by operator error and can be avoided by consulting with our tech support department prior to return. We offer FREE tech support on our site and during normal business hours at 269-753-4105. Please call to obtain an Return Authorization Number. Print this RA # right on the outside of the box before shipping. This number alerts our returns department and will speed up the return and exchange process.
Customers are 100% responsible for all shipping charges and shipping rates are not refundable for any reason.
